Miles's is most common.

We have a Charles and always use Charles's for possessive.

The possessive would be Miles’s

Per pretty much all style books.

But plural possessive would be Miles’

Although again, how many Mileses are we talking about?

Miles isn’t plural. You may not like it, but names that end is S should always be treated like Miles’s.
