Usually schools have a formula where financial aid gradually peeters out at higher income levels. Would assume that means if before you received say $0 at $150k (I am making up that number, I don’t know what it is), now it would be $170k.

I doubt it is $0 at $101,000.

No impact. This is specifically targeting lower HHI students.
