Yes! Especially if it has pasta, rice or orzo and protein, legumes or beans in it, not talking about a bowl of broth. It needs bread or maybe crackers, and maybe a green salad too. But I think it's enough by itself.

It has lentils in it which is a source of protein. It’s closer to chili than to the clear soups Op is asking about like minestrone.

I have made soup that can be a meal. But for the soups you mention, I'd serve it with a side like grilled cheese, or with something more substantial on the salad. So, minestrone or Italian Wedding with a Italian chopped salad with protein and cheese, or a caesar salad with chicken, for example.
