Except that it cuts into my time of actually doing work. Which I then have to tack on at the end of the day.

Anonymous wrote:Yes yes. At one job I knew everything about my boss’ kids and my boss had no idea of my kids names let alone things about them. I chalk it up to extreme self involvement. And I agree I have no idea how these people succeed.
