As strange as it was, they went from a 9 or 10 to a 3 and back to a 9 or 10 a year later so the explanation rings true. I can understand why some might tank the test. It's not like they want to spend days on this just to meet some state requirements.
I mean.. wouldn't that apply to most HS kids regardless of their income or race?
