I turn to YouTube any time I want to learn how to do something. I can’t speak from direct experience, but here are some videos that might be helpful, or you can search Youtube for others if these don’t help.

You only use one adhesive sticker. Make sure you pay attention to which side attaches to the hook, and which is supposed to adhere to the wall.

I have never used one before and am not good with tools or fine motor skills or anything like this. I bought a package of two 3pound hooks. Each hook seems to have two attached adhesives. Am I supposed to use the two on the wall, or separate them and just use one? Could they be giving me an extra adhesive? The directions are not helpful and I watched a couple of Youtube videos but they don't address this issue at all. Thank you!
