Friends, DH and DW are separated. We haven’t done a lot of playdates since then. Sometimes we have, but stuff doesn’t get communicated as well. Ie, one parent will tell me about a party, and the other one was supposed to give me details. So no details. And they don’t even know together that I missed details. I followed up and got some… but missed others. Or I don’t know if it’s dad’s custody and then we don’t want to encroach. Because his time isn’t equal due to his job.
Do you all have advice for reaching out to get kids together? Finally got dad’s number. Was thinking about texting them both together this afternoon. Should I just go with one parent- and then they’ll refer me to the other? Or should I text both to send an invite?
