For something nice, try Bazins on Church catering. They have a single kitchen but the chef has celiac and they offer many gluten free items like salad, steak, fish.

Check out this company. We always get their Thanksgiving catering and it’s very good. They offer a lot of GF options - as a catering company they may have the separate kitchens.

Good but if you are being extra careful stick to Bar Taco, Chaia and Bibimbap which are fully or almost 100% GF restaurants. Or Chipotle.

No one has 2 kitchens. A typical restaurant cannot build a separate kitchen for gluten free cooking. If that is your level of caution (which is up to you), you will need a home chef to come to your kitchen and cook. Otherwise no one else can provide 100% certainty.

I have celiac and have had gluten free meals from all of these.

Suggestions for a large family meal (about 18 people) catered in the DC area; meal needs to be completely gluten free (celiac - no cross contamination) and possibility of mammal free (fish, chicken OK)
