I agree with you but this is always a matter of what's worth it to you. I'm just not going to spend $90 on pants I wear around the house (I work out at home) or for running errands, even though I know they're better. There are things I will always buy the better brand for though, like good shoes, good coats, good purses.

The fabric is really the huge one. Noticably so much nicer. The fit is perfect too.

Are we talking leggings or yoga pants?

I got lulu gear for xmas last year and I don't really like them at all.
My Zella pants are amazing.
I have some Nike yoga pants that are also amazing.
My 90 degree shorts are way better than my lulus.
My son's love lulu pants though and it's hard to find pants that match that for less.

+1 I have had Old Navy leggings that have worked fine for years, but I don’t leave the house in leggings.

Old Navy leggings are horrible for me. Not comfortable, thick but not in a good way and slide.

I have some Costco leggings that are absolutely amazing. I can’t imagine how buying more expensive ones would be better.

I agree, OP. My Old Navy leggings pill and bag out in a way more costly brands don't.
Someone told me Costco leggings were just as good as LL. Nope.

… that the brand name expensive yoga pants really are nicer than Amazon no-names or Old Navy. just put on my new pair of Lululemons and yeah, worth it. the cheapos will still be a staple for me since I workout most days and am not going to have a $1000 workout wardrobe, but its def a worthwhile splurge!
