Subject: Mini food processor
The mini doesn’t hold much and can chop unevenly. I like the larger one better plus it has better accessories.

+1. I had a friend who is a trained cook show me some basic knife skills and how to cut up and debone a chicken. It's the foundation to everything. And I always get to carve the turkey at Thanksgiving now rather than watch my uncle hack it to shreds.

always eager for help! its the chopping - i'm slow and just have lousy knife skills and it takes me forever. wondering if the mini fp would allow me to just take care of onions/herbs and the like super quick
Can you prep in advance? Like chop onions for the week? You can process them if you aren’t picky about the shape and size. Like some recipes you’d want onions sliced and others chopped or diced.

I’d really like to make more healthy and varied things at home, but food prep just takes me forever. Is a mini food processor my answer here? If so, any brands to recommend?
