Family is new to the Falls Church area, with a toddler in a small in-home daycare. What are the norms for holiday bonuses to daycare providers? Do families give them? For how much? We are very happy with the daycare and want to ensure that our care providers feel appreciated, but also don’t want to give absurdly above the typical amount.
