I love his videos. The cookies I had were rolled in powdered sugar, so I will try the bake it with love recipe and report back. I would have never found a cornstarch based cookie on my own. Grazie Mille!

I recently had a smaller version of a snowball on a professional/purchased cookie plate- they were buttery and sort of melted in your mouth. I am not 100 percent sure it even had nuts in it. I have the standard recipe which is basically a 2 cup flour to 1 cup butter ratio. Anyone have a similar cookie recipe that is lighter and less dense than the original?
