I am the poster who had frequent urination symptoms and myofascial release of the vulvar area was honestly the only thing that gave me relief. It hurts to do it. They press and the area loosens, but if it's tight, it really kills. I can tell I need to go again because my sx are starting to creep up. I do not go anywhere local so it won't help you, just here to say this kind of therapy can bring a great deal of relief if you can tolerate the initial discomfort.

Any provider there can do this

They are wonderful but do not take any insurance so it can be expensive.

Ask for a super bill. You might be able to get some reimbursed by your insurance company.

I just started this. Hope to improve my migraines and low back pain.
1st session was very relaxing and PT told me to drink a lot after to flush out toxins.

Olivier Pelletier at Core Kinetic. he works with several techniques, and will analyze movement, injuries, etc. helped me deal with significant adhesions causing chronic and sometimes acute pain.

Has anyone found this to be helpful? If so, would you share your experience and the name of your provider?
