+1. My hr and bp are monitored due to dysautonomia. My doc tells me it’s a typical reaction to heat.

It’s the heat. Same reason they tell people with heart conditions to avoid hot tubs/sauna/etc

Just started wearing a tracker watch and was shocked how high my BPM get in the shower, standing still. Just did an intense cardio workout and my BPM now is the same. Why is this?
