Wegmans. I also love Giant's cakes, but not for chocolate, specifically.

Don't go for red velvet. It's dry. Frosting is good though.

We love a grocery store cake in our house, so I'd suggest that. Though I've found Giant/Safeway to be better than Harris Teeter for the basics. Trader Joe's baked goods always taste stale, so I'd pass on those.
