Swollen lymph node. It's how my friend's lymphoma started. Please get seen by a doctor.

When I had this, it was just a swollen lymph node. Doctor wasn’t concerned at all.

Lymph node or cyst. I had a cyst there for years (Sounds exactly how you described it) that eventually got infected so got taken out. Probably nothing concerning if it’s moveable but good to get checked out.

Feel the other side of your body and see if the same thing is there. I always assume if it's the same, then it's normal. But I went JD not MD so 🤷

I had this a couple years ago. It ended up swellinf up due to an ingrown hair and required antibiotics. Very normal.

+1
Sounds like an inguinal lymph node is swollen. Most likely nothing serious, but do see a doctor if it doesn't go down soon.

Wait to see doc. Don’t look online. Please? We can’t diagnose this.

I'm perimenopausal (not sure if that matters), but yesterday noticed a softish lump in my groin, about where my hip flexor is. It feels to be about the size of an almond. It moves if I press it and it doesn't hurt. I'm going to call my doctor on Monday, but I'm nervous about what this could be. Anyone had anything similar?
