That's par for the course in a 100 year old home dues to regular settlement not necessarily structural issue. Keep in mind that if there is one and you're the owner who finds it you are obligated to disclose it or repair before selling.

It wasn't for a foundation inspection, but we used and liked Matt Rudy-Logue. (We also had some preliminary conversations with and liked, but did not use, Colin McKenzie.)

We recently purchased a home and are looking for a structural engineer to inspect the foundation of a 100-year old home. Any recommendations for someone who does residential work? Hoping to find someone honest who will identify any issues without trying to up sell.
