This is funny. For years, I hosted a Friendsgiving and I always made frozen corn microwaved with butter, S&P and a touch of chicken broth. My one friend always chokes, because every year, someone (and it changes who each year) mentioned that the corn was SOOOO good and their favorite. And corn was almost always the one dish to disappear. And, no, it's not because I'm a bad cook or that other dishes weren't good. Just that almost everyone loves hot buttered corn.
Tip, frozen corn is much better than canned corn.
