There are other ways to get a UTI. Stress, sitting a lot, not going to bathroom enough during day (meaning holding 'it" in), this can all happen during a crazy work week.
Try taking some d-mannouse tablet with plain cranberry juice.

Yes when I'm scared now and have a medical test or blood drawn I have to pee constantly it's a thing.

I would drink a TON of water starting asap while you figure it out. That is the worst, sorry OP
