Hummus? Even chocolate hummus as it has some protein though it's sweet
Peanut butter anything - protein bites, smoothies, etc.

Does he like Chinese food? Tofu just tastes like whatever sauce you cook it in

Some kids love it. Like i brought it into to something for school and a few kids really took to it even without sauce, but if you buy soyaki or hoisin or something along those lines, it would be tasty

Pudding, flan, quiche, pumpkin pie filling. What about baked good, could be do muffins and pumpkin bread type of stuff?

My preschooler is on a soft foods diet after a mouth injury. We’ve exhausted the applesauce/ice cream/yogurt/oatmeal/smoothies/eggs/Mac and cheese rotation and still have several more days of soft foods. I’m worried about getting protein into him-yesterday he was a mess because all he’d eaten were sweet smooth things. He hates soups, so those are out. Would love any creative ideas to help us get through the next week or so!
