I've put her in with a in home provider who has 3 helpers and just two other babies. His concern is if the in home provider is sick then he will have to take days off work.
I'm currently having to travel 4 days for work. We moved due to his military job. And I can't quit my job
At the moment I'm paying the home provider plus he is paying daycare. I don't think at 2.5 it's absolutely necessary for her to be in a daycare. This is him bring stubborn. And may I add when she is sick I'm the one who takes days off or works from home. His job is in his words too important.
This is a marriage/co-parenting issue, not really a childcare issue.
