However, this thread was prompted by an interaction with a person who I feel confident would get a "consensus" vote for zero or one star from pretty much everyone who interacts with them, and it would be deeply satisfying for us all to be able to recount our frankly insane interactions with his person in a public forum. I think the screen shots of text and email exchanges with them, alone, would tell a story.

Like when you look up a restaurant on Yelp and all the photos are of the rats and roaches people spotted in the establishment, and every review is like "these are the rudest, least helpful people I've ever met and the food was inedible."

It would just be useful for other people to know.

OP, now I'm curious as to how you know this vile person and why your paths crossed!

Nosedive.

You’d have to be a psychopath to consider this a good idea.

Community beat Black Mirror to it by a couple years, the "meow meow beans" episode in 2014. Yvette Nicole Brown did a great job showing how the power over people's lives could corrupt even the nicest person.

Lol I love this. Firing bad clients is soooooo satisfying. Like "I hate you so much you can't even pay me to deal with you." Liberating!

Only if you lie. Plenty of people merit zero or one star reviews even if you stick to just the facts.

Were you the one who started all the slam books in middle school?

I got you, op. The person I give zero stars to is abusive, emotionally immature and completely devoid of self awareness. She yells at me for having a "shit look" on my face when I see her. I look like that because I am dreading the cussing and vitriol which I know is on it's way. 0 out of 5 avoid avoid avoid!
