I’m a big fan of two hard boiled eggs. Make ahead, I often shell them ahead and put in a tupperware that fits in a car cupholder.
Otherwise, I vote with the trail mix PP

No prep at all the morning of? If you can handle a minute of microwaving, I'd say freezer breakfast burritos or breakfast quesadillas. You can even make and freeze breakfast sandwiches, but I think the tortilla is more forgiving than an English muffin or bagel.

Homemade trail mix. I realize this needs a little prep, but you could snack bag 2 weeks worth in one go.

I often just stick a slice of cheese and a whole wheat tortilla, wrap it up, and eat it while I’m driving to work

OP I’d probably go with Cliff bars, maybe with some of the more sugary granola ones for variety.

Unless you leave it on the dashboard in the summer, I would have no worries about cream cheese being out of the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Make crustless quiche in a muffin tin (or use silicone). Put in freezer for longer use, refrigerator if a large family who will go through them quickly)

A muffin or croissant. Banana and cereal bar. Trail mix with dried fruit and nuts. Or wake up 10 minutes earlier and have whatever you want.

I’m looking for some good options for quick, on-the-go breakfast options that don’t require preparation, refrigeration/heating, and can be eaten quickly as you get out the door, or in a couple minutes in your car/at your desk.
