Homemade gravy is so much better and takes like 3 minutes. What a waste!

I feel the same way every year so we buy gravy in jars and cans of broth.

We pour the turkey drippings into an old coffee can and discard.
Trivia -- the day after Thanksgiving is the busiest day of the year for plumbers. Because people pour all that grease down their pipes and then it gets stuck.

Wegmans sells prepared gravy that’s good. They’ll sell out though so get there soon.

I don't love a lot of the Whole Foods sides but their turkey gravy is really good. For the stuffing, just use a decent chicken broth.
