You don’t know what is happening in someone’s life. Divorce? Job change? Inheritance? Loss of a job?
Also, a friend sold their home at a weird time because one of their kids was sick so they moved to a different state with the best specialists for their child. They couldn’t afford to rent and own and worked remotely.
Sometimes people buy a home and end up hating it and then want to move.
If you are worried get an excellent inspection and speak with neighbors if there are any neighborhood issues.
