Sketchers also has hands free slip on styles.

Have you tried Zeba shoe brand? I bought them for my elderly Dad. Easy on/off. Run a little narrow and I would order 1/2 size up, but my Dad loves them!

NP you all have made me go look at the Kizik's site and I see they have extra-wide sizes. Anybody with extra-wide feet tried them?

I am looking for shoes for my mom with Parkinsons. She needs slip ons as she can't tie. But Kiziks also didn't work for her. Any suggestions?

I was excited to get mine for my mother with Parkinson’s, but they didn’t work for her. She has semi-swollen ankles and feet, which made it impossible for her to slip into them (even though they were ok once on). We returned them.

Yes! My husband loves his Kiziks. I have Ons, which are also slip on and you can try on at Nordstrom.

Thanks all! Going to wait a couple more weeks to order so that she'll still have a bit of a return window post-Christmas in case of fit issues, but you've all assured me that Kiziks are the way to go.

I love mine and I got them for my senior dad and pre school kid. They’re terrific.

I bought myself a pair to try out before I committed to buying some for my elderly mom and I absolutely love mine. I bought my mom three pairs and myself a second pair. My only complaint is the second pair I bought myself was cut differently than the first and I had to return it. They sent me a replacement that is fine. I do love them, they are really comfortable. I actually walked nine miles in mine yesterday and my feet feel fine. My mom absolutely loves hers.

I love my Kiziks. They help me get out the door quickly when I’m running late or have to walk the dogs. They’re often my shoe of choice when running errands because they’re so easy to put on. The insoles are thin so I added my own cushioned ones (I’ve had mine a few years so they may be better now). They were the only sneaker brand for a few years with the slip-on technology. Now Skechers makes a line of slip-on sneakers with similar technology. Read the reviews for both and see which suit your mother best.

My mom is starting to have a hard time getting her sneakers on and tied, but walking the dog is a big part of her day and beneficial to her physical & mental health. Thinking of buying her Kizik sneakers for Christmas. Any experience with them? Are they easy to adjust and comfortable to wear? Would love to hear thoughts on other slip-on sneaker brands that you've had a good experience with. TIA!
