It's three syllables officially and I grew up in NY with NY parents. But I often say "brockly" which is obviously two (and that's wrong).

Settle a debate: Is "broccoli" 2 syllables, or 3? And where did you grow up?

(I say 3 syllables, grew up in New England but with immigrant parents for whom English was not a first language)
