DS lived there two years ago. It was fine. Definitely a nicer dorm than some and he liked the suite set up, although I think hall-style is better for meeting more people. He didn't like the make-work project probably in part because while his major is college of science it's not a typical hard science. But I do think the regular meetings with a small group that proactively talked about college adjustment issues were a good thing.
He said at the end of the year that it was fine but he'd have preferred to do Meraki, which is where his best friend lived. That's the 'well-being" focused LLC.
