A handful of them. 2 for treating employees poorly and a couple for having unreasonable expectations and not listening to the fact that what they wanted wasn't possible or working with us on more realistic expectations. I've found those are the ones who have absolutely no idea what's involved with what they want and think its an easy thing to do.

Absolutely. I have seen more and more entitled clients over a decade in business. Many have gotten worse.

I also find the cheapest clients take up the most of my time, so my fees have gone higher and higher to “fire” clients.

Not often, but definitely necessary if they are rude, disrespectful, have unreasonable expectations, or are too demanding.

I just charge really high fees. If they don't want to pay, they let themselves go. And if they want to pay, at least i'm being paid a lot to deal with them

I have my own consulting business. I’ve never fired a client but have been slow to respond to a client who is just not worth working for anymore or I tell them that I can’t get to their project for several months.

We have owned our business for over a decade and yea we have let customers know we are a not a good fit for them. In other words we have fired them.
