We haven’t turned ours on yet either and our kids are 7 and 9. We have heated blankets and the kids wear sweatshirts. They think it’s fun!

Hasn't kicked in yet this season. Heat is set to 63. House is currently 66.

It just went on yesterday because the outside temp was freezing where I am. I could have waited longer but the dogs were really cold.
