I think my point uo thread was that it's entirely possible the odds of a sibling are 0 no matter how many embryos they have too. So it's up to the OP whether another egg retrieval is worth it because, IMO, if the odds are 0 at the beginning more eggs isn't going to solve the issue.

If you think of your chances of having a second with what you already have banked as about 50%, how does it feel to think about ending up with an only, and how does that feel vs the pain and difficulty of another retrieval now? Or, could you be ok with the idea of a DE in your back pocket as a backup?

I would do another egg retrieval. Have the embryos tested. This will give you good information and time to think about it.
One of my kids is on this journey and are doing the best they can so they are left with no regrets.

How old is your child?

In a few years your fertility will be zero (basically), so you need to weigh the no sibling issue vs. being out $20-50k more for an insurance policy. Is the first child set for college? Are you set for retirement?

I would do use the three remaining and if they don't work do another retrieval then either move to donor egg or be done.

I would try with the 3 remaining and be done.

Given your history you in theory have enough for 1 possible pregnancy. That said, at 36 I suddenly developed an undiagnosed condition that causes me to lose all pregnancies. So all the normal embryos in the world won't make it past 14 weeks. That said, there are no solutions for me or that kind of issue so probably doesn't need to be factored into your math.

I’m 39 and have 3 embryos frozen (2 PGT normal and 1 mosaic). I have had one successful IVF pregnancy and 2 PGT normals that failed to implant. My partner and I would love to have one more child, ideally a few years later, but are undecided as to whether or not it is worth the cost/time/energy of doing another egg retrieval (which would have to be ASAP due to my age) or taking our chances with the 3 remaining… Wwyd?
