Not unless she's into angels.

If I were her I wouldn't expect anything, and if I did I wouldn't want something tangible instead I would appreciate an experience. A well thought out special day, or weekend.

Also really happy your DS is okay!

My mom has a friend whose husband bought her a pearl choker necklace the day after she saved his life when he was choking on a piece of steak. That’s a couple with a sense of humor!

Sounds like he DID come up with the idea but needs help looking at options. I'm not even sure my thoughtful DH would know where to start looking.

Wouldn't it be more meaningful if he came up with the idea?

He was thinking maybe some kind of a beautiful necklace with a special saying on it, but he wants to give it to her fairly soon. He wants something meaningful and significant but not in the way that means expensive, he is willing to spend a few hundred (as his budget allows) he does not want to send flowers, or anything like that but something with sone genuine thought as a way to say thank you. I realize it's an unusual gift idea request, any ideas most appreciated.
