The only time I heard about Saturday school was when my kids were at Whitman, it was a HS level service.
Saturday School is at all levels. It is a nice weekly boost. Just know that it isn't a one to one tutor but they say they get results according to the data they shared.
What data? When? Where?
It's a place for MCPS teachers to get extra pay and kids to be parked. It's part of MCPS but no accountability, no oversight. MCPS pays for the principal, the classrooms and much of the salary for the teachers yet they still charge parents to send kids there. It should be free as it is funded by MCPS.
