If he doesn’t like weights, power yoga is great for chest/pecs/arms. So many chaturanga -> up dog transitions! And it’s fun. You could do it together.
But with age, unless his diet and exercise (esp. weights) aren’t 100% he’ll still have them. And even if they are 100% they could still be present and sag.
Doesn’t hurt to get in shape t see what happens.
