For breakfast: muffin, 2 clementines, a banana , handful of blueberries and a cup of yogurt.
Lunch: salad made of broccoli sprouts, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled tortilla chips, roast chicken strips and salsa. Pineapple and some Oreos
Dinner will probably be quesadillas with sauce and sour cream
