Warby Parker glasses suck anyways. File a chargeback and go somewhere else.

If you're local, see if they can be sent to an in-person store. They have a ton in the DC area. Or, pick up a pair of frames as a sample and take the head shots with those. They also should be able to look stuff up in the store.

But it can take more than a week for them to show up.

I paid $210 for Warby Parker sunglasses, plus an expedited shipment fee because I needed them for a trip, and the shipment has been delayed three times, with no information on what the hang-up is. The shipment status app has some lame AI chat that said I’d get a reply in 1 or 2 days, not the shipment, just a reply.

I have waited 2 months for a delivery from them, both times the package has been returned to sender for no reason, no attempted delivery even. I am applying for a full refund

It has been over a month and we have never even been given a tracking number. We are trying to figure out if we cancel now, will the insurance company honor last years benefit. We made a big mistake going to WP.

Anyone had trouble getting deliveries of glasses from Warby Parker? I'm getting the weirdest runaround from them on a pair of glasses I ordered over a week ago that were supposed to arrive on Saturday but are still not here. I'm have postponed headshots for work as a result because I don't want to take new headshots with my old glasses if I can help it, and am very annoyed they can't tell me when they will arrive or even where they are now.

Anyone had this issue? I'm sure it will get resolved eventually but I'm irritated and wondering if this is a fluke or a common problem so I know whether to order with them again in the future. I also need prescription sunglasses and trying to decide which vendor to go with.
