I'm 6'2" - had a group of teens get in my face when I confronted them on a bus over a shoving incident that knocked an old lady down, I refused to back down. Was just waiting for one of them to try and get physical because I would have put him in the hospital. Don't know what AG needs to hear this but people have a right to self-defense.

DC crimes are not prosecuted. They declined to prosecute 67% of local arrests. Philly was only 4% to give an example

Explores the possible reasons. Any one else read it and want to discuss? I think that discussing it is better than pretending that it's not happening at this point....
