We have moved to Maine for family-related reasons among others, but New Hampshire would meet your criteria.

No bonus points for taxes, but we are looking in New England. We narrowed it down to Northampton. They have a decent hospital that is affiliated with Mass General/Brigham. I don’t know what kind is laws you are seeking.

With all the weather changes, where would you recommend to move to for good weather in retirement? Bonus points if that place has retiree friendly taxes, laws and healthcare.
