I sure wouldn’t if I’m the only adult at home with a child. If there’s someone else who can handle emergencies, one or two drinks probably wouldn’t cause any harm.

I would not recommend it, you will have nightmares and you won't feel refreshed in the morning. I don't think there's a real health-related reason though.

Tangent. FWIW, saw the sleep doc yesterday and they told me that it is ridiculous that melatonin is sold in 5mg pills/gummies. He said 1mg is way more than enough for almost everyone.

So if anybody does have issues with mixing the melatonin and alcohol, you might try significantly lowering the dose of the melatonin.
