BTW, you may know already, but some people who don't do well on statins do better when they take coq10 to counteract muscle pain.

I don’t eat many processed foods, but a fair amount of soy milk and soy nuts. I’m planning to add more oats and beans to my diet.
The sad part is I can’t tolerate statins! They make me very tired and achey. We also tried ezitimide and nexletol— same thing. So frustrating.
