At 87, what is she trying to achieve with these supplements? De-prescribing is a thing and de-supplementing could be as well.

Food supplements are effectively unregulated; any of these are as likely to expose her to toxic contaminants as they are to have positive health effects.

Run it by the doctor and the pharmacist. My aunt had a severe reaction between the supplements and her medication. It was built up over time, but it affected her health.

I am assuming thyroid is thyroid replacement.

Thyroid hormone binds with calcium and is not absorbed. Need to be taken at least 2 hours apart.

Her pharmacist needs to be aware of every single supplement, in case of drug interactions.

multivitamin
vitamin C 500 (she takes 1000 mg)
Vitamin D 50 MCG (she takes 5,000)

The following are not on her doctor's list:

Vit E 180 mg
Areds 2
turmeric
Krill oil 500 mg

She takes 3 prescriptions

Losartan
metroprolol succinate XL
thyroid

Any risk of taking all these supplements?

Not a doctor but I don't see anything alarming on this list. Actually she may want to add Vit K2 to her list to complement her Vit D.

Does she think they help? If so, then it seems like a good regimen. If not, she could reduce some. Does she sleep well, have good GI, etc.?
