One year I roasted my raw, completely thawed turkey even longer than directed and it was still raw inside. All the other food was ready on time. Never again. I like precooked turkeys because they guarantee I can serve dinner when I want to.

Yes it saves time and oven space. You are just heating, not cooking.

Wegmans or Fresh Market are both better than Whole Foods.

Wegman’s is better than Whole Foods for both the turkey and gravy.
