I never wear underwear under leggings either. I think that’s how they’re designed (obviously if someone wants to wear underwear with them that’s great!).

They are well made, supportive and have a cotton type crotch sewn in. They come from my washer, to air dry, to my body, get worn once then get washed with workout gear and underwear. And repeat.

Bra, I obviously get. But panties. Why with good, supportive, well made leggings with a crotch area? (I’m 49, but had a hysterectomy when I was 35, so I’m not dealing with period issues).

Pile on, since I’ve apparently been doing it wrong. But panties seem like moisture, rubbing, friction, rashes….

I will only do this if the gusset is double layered. Most are not, including lululemon. I can't recall if athleta's have a double layer.

Agree. You are going to sweat no matter what underwear you wear.

I just wear hanes or whatever 100% cotton panties I have. But I sometimes have a lot of crotch sweat too. I just deal and shower and change asap.

If OP is soaking through her underwear, then imagine how sweaty her leggings/shorts will get without underwear on. Maybe you don't sweat that much or sweat in a different spot.

I wear Lulu thongs and love them, I got them on sale because no one cares what color my underwear is. Quality underwear is expensive unfortunately.

I like the lululemon invisiwesr also. I gradually bought pairs here and there until it took over my drawer 😂 I am very sweaty in that are also and it helps control crotch sweat showing through.

I started doing Orangetheory a couple of months ago and am really enjoying it. But OMG, I have never sweated so much in my life. Not sure if it’s worse because of my age or what (I also wake up sweaty, ugh) but especially after this week’s Hell Week classes, my underwear are soaked by the end of class. Would upgrading from my Costco cotton bikini underwear make a difference? I was at Lululemon yesterday and looked at their offerings but I hate to spend that much on underwear.
