She truly is. She touted the fact that kids could lose extracurricular activities and be sent to an alternative school as "serious consequences" that should deter other kids from following in their footsteps.
She obviously doesn't know any actual teenagers or pre-teens if she thinks that's scaring any of them.
At a recent town hall someone asked about the increase in armed carjackings by teens and Mink said maybe we need to improve bus service so that teens don’t need to steal cars to get home… I wish I was making that up but she really said it.
This woman is a not a serious person. How did anyone vote for her?
Never elect a professional activist. I think a lot of people in her Woodmoor neighborhood voted for her without really doing their research. Hopefully they won’t make that mistake again.
I sincerely hope they don’t make that same mistake but I don’t give them a whole lot of credit. Does anybody know what the feeling is like in her neighborhood and in her district?

I know they don't want to have a special school for troubled kids but how about you lose your privilege to attend school in person and you are only allowed to attend school virtually for certain offenses?

I don't think she has teens yet; but her Chief of Staff is a former high school teacher at Northwood.
