Actually, I now see IIHS has rate the Crown as a Top Safety pick https://www.iihs.org/ratings/vehicle/toyota/crown-4-door-sedan/2023

The Crown is based on Toyota's TNGA-K platform that underpins various current models including the Camry. The IIHS data for the Camry and the now discontinued Avalon would be instructive.
