Ha! My son submitted 2 EA 11/1 and one RD.

My husband suggested getting a formal review of common app essay before next batch.

I did get a copy to see after. It’s actually pretty good. He did run grammar check -

My husbands edits to my sons essays were so bad and my son said they were robotic. So did the AI detector.


Sadly, I think most 40 and 50 year old people that have corporate jobs write like robots. I sure do.

That's how I took it, too!

My kid didn't even let us look at his essay or supplemental responses, so I sure do hope they're OK... (My older child let us read hers and even suggest copy edits.)
