Then, almost everyone underestimates what they’re eating.
So you’re probably just wrong about all your assumptions and NOT your metabolism.
I posted this from the stair climber and just finished. I’m 200 lbs, climbed 70 flights over 25 minutes at average HR of 145 and I burned… 160 active calories according to my Apple Watch. I do this 4x/week plus lift. So yeah. You gotta work out pretty hard and long to really move the needle.
