Don’t know if it will help with this but I have had good luck with charcoal toothpaste for my tooth stains in between dental appointments

This is pretty common and it isn't permanent. But you might need a professional dental cleaning to get rid of it.

Is this going to be permanent?? It literally came on during a 10 day ear infection treatment and it’s super noticeable. 7 year old
