OP here - I ordered the "The Wok" book - arriving today!
In case anyone searches this up, last night, after seasoning the wok over extremely high heat, I tried two excellent recipes - though prep took some time, cooking time was minimal and the results were incredible.

I'm planning to take advantage of record high New England temps to season my brand new wok on the turkey fryer flame this afternoon and then use it for the first time. Any good first-time (read: easy-ish) recipe recommendations? It'll be superhigh heat, chicken preferred.
