Isn't being at the Navy Yard adventurous enough?

Is this a joke? Families go there all the time.

I’ve never eaten there yet but HipCityVeg is there, a sandwich place that specializes in vegetarian options

I've enjoyed Chloe and Osteria Morini. Albi is on my list to try - have heard good things!

I like Kruba Thai, Chloe, and Rasa (the latter is counter-service). It's a little out of the way, but Taco City is good, as is Las Placitas next door. If you're doing takeout, Side Door has very good Detroit-style pizza. I have heard good things about Albi and Osteria Morini but have not been myself. I didn't like Bammy's as much as other people seem to. And while they aren't super adventurous, Silver Diner and Nando's have wide-ranging menus and are often my go-tos with groups that vary in age and meat-eating.
